Dubai 15TPH Pre-Mixed Mortar Production Line Successfully Completed
01 Project Introduction
1. BH company signed a project contract with a professional manufacturer of building materials and 3D printing equipment in Dubai in 2019. The project is a 15TPH fully automatic pre-mixed dry mortar production line.
2. The overall engineering design, equipment supply, and equipment installation and commissioning training of the project were all completed by B H Company. The project has successfully passed the acceptance inspection in June 2019 and was handed over to the owner for full-line production.
02 Project Details
1. The owner of this project is a professional 3D printing equipment and building materials manufacturer (hereinafter referred to as the customer) from Dubai, and is also an important partner of BH in Dubai.
2. The customer sells 3D printing construction robots to customers in Dubai and around the world, and provides 3D printing construction services. Cement-based building materials are needed for 3D printing construction. The customer decided to purchase a fully automatic pre-mixed mortar plant for the production of dry mortar to supply building materials for its 3D printing.
3. The customer's requirements for the dry mortar factory are: high degree of automation, high production efficiency, low energy consumption, and the ability to produce a variety of products.
4. The dry mortar manufacturing plant purchased by the customer mainly produces dry mix concrete, ready-mixed mortar, geopolymer concrete and other dry mortar.
Geopolymer concrete is the main material for building 3D printing buildings. It is produced from clay (metakaolin), industrial waste residue or slag, and alkali activator through major processes such as calcination and mixing.
5. According to the needs of customers, BH company proposes professional and complete solutions suitable for customers. The client is very satisfied with the project proposal. After confirming the plan and the final version of the drawing, BH Company immediately arranged for production. In June 2019, BH Company completed the production of the established equipment on time according to the contract and delivered the goods in time, and arranged professional equipment installation engineers to go to the customer's site to guide the installation and commissioning of the equipment throughout the process.

03 Production Line Configuration Introduction
The dry mortar production line is composed of dust removal system, screening system, raw material storage and weighing system, high-speed coulter mixing system, intelligent computer control system, automatic packaging and palletizing system and other related supporting equipment.
1. Raw material storage system
• According to the customer's wide variety of raw materials and mortar formula, B H Company configures 4 sets of raw material storage bins for the customer.
• Storage bin volume: 3*10m³ powder bin +1*10m³ sand bin. The raw material storage system is shown in Figure 1 below.
• The upper part of the storage bin is equipped with a dust removal device to prevent dust leakage. The arch breaking device at the lower part of the storage bin prevents material agglomeration and smooth powder discharge.
• The top of the storage bin adopts unique reinforcement measures, which are waterproof, moisture-proof, environmentally friendly and reliable in operation.

2. High-speed stirring system and accurate weighing system
• According to the customer's product types and output requirements, BH Company equips a coulter mixer for the dry powder mortar production line.
• High mixing efficiency: mixer output: 15TPH. See Figure 2 below for the high-speed coulter mixer.
• Stir evenly and have good consistency: the mixing ratio can be 1:10000.
• The accuracy rate of the weighing system is as high as 99.9%.

3. Automatic packaging and palletizing system
• According to the customer's needs for fully automatic packaging and palletizing, equipped with 2 sets of new pneumatic valve port packaging machines and a set of high-position palletizing machines.
• High weighing accuracy: B H packaging machine is equipped with CAS high-precision weighing instrument imported from South Korea, and the weighing accuracy rate is as high as 99.96%.
• Full-automatic high-position palletizer, various stomp shapes are optional, beautiful and neat.

04 Conclusion
