Features

The BHYWS new generation cement packaging machine is widely applicable to valve bag filling of ultrafine powder materials such as cement, dry mortar, desulfurized gypsum powder, and calcium carbonate powder. It can also be used for valve bag filling of other powdery and granular materials with good flow-ability.

 

During operation, bag placing is done manually or by a bag placer, while the packaging machine automatically completes feeding, filling, metering, and bag dropping. The control mechanism uses a cylinder as the actuator (an electric drive structure can be used in cold regions). When the cement bag is inserted into position, the proximity switch receives an activation signal, the microcomputer controls the feeding motor to start, the gate opens, and filling begins. If the bag accidentally drops during filling, the motor stops immediately, and the gate closes, thus achieving the goal of no material being dispensed without inserting a bag and stopping filling in case of accidental bag drop. A secondary gate closing function has been added, enabling rapid coarse-flow filling at the beginning and precise fine-flow filling at the end, reducing the impact of the discharge impact on metering accuracy and improving metering stability. Compared to traditional electromagnet control, the pneumatic gate opening and closing method is easier to maintain and repair, and has fewer malfunctions. The gate employs a bidirectional sealing design, minimizing dust leakage during gate movement. This packaging machine features significant improvements to the discharge mechanism, gate control mechanism, and microcomputer control system, resulting in a substantial increase in metering accuracy and stability. The new generation microcomputer control system and pneumatic-electric separation design significantly enhance the overall performance and durability of the equipment.

The following process is for reference only; actual processes may vary depending on customer requirements.
 
1. Vibrating Screen: Utilizing a top vibrating motor to drive the screen assembly, it separates lumps, impurities, and other foreign objects from the material, discharging them through the slag discharge port. This improves material purity and effectively reduces wear and blockages caused by foreign objects to the packaging machine's main unit.
 
2. Manual Screw Gate: The gate is opened/closed manually by rotating a round handle. Used for major overhauls, installation and commissioning of the packaging machine, and to completely cut off material supply when the machine is not in use for extended periods.
 
3. Unloading Device/Impeller Feeder: Linked to the material level control of the packaging machine's rotating drum, it dynamically controls the material supply speed. The unloading device has the same function as the impeller feeder; the product can be selected or used in combination depending on the environment.
 
4. Unloading Conveyor/Bag Unloading Machine: After the valve bag is full, it is pushed off the discharge pipe by the bag pushing mechanism and falls onto the bag unloading machine. A belt conveyor then transports the bag to the bag cleaning machine inlet.
 
5. Extended Roller Bag Cleaner
This machine uses a three-sided blowing system to remove dust from material bags. The cleaning effect is significantly improved compared to older models. The extended model replaces the original direct-blowing system with a three-sided blowing system, better removing dust from the corners and edges of the material bags. An optional roller brush further enhances the cleaning effect. The original 1.5kW fan has been upgraded to 4kW, significantly increasing the cleaning airflow.
 
6. Calibration Scale
This high-sensitivity device with a weighing accuracy of ±10g dynamically weighs material bags passing on the conveyor belt. It allows for secondary weighing of material bags. Compared to the dynamic rotation of a rotary packaging machine, the calibration scale's weighing process is relatively static, reducing the influence of centrifugal force and impact, resulting in more stable and accurate results.
 
The calibration scale can also be equipped with a linkage module to achieve linkage with the rotary packaging machine's weighing system. Data from the calibration scale can be used to dynamically calibrate the packaging machine's microcomputer, improving the dynamic measurement accuracy, stability, and maintainability of the packaging system.
 
7. Bag Rejection Machine: When a material package passes the calibration scale, if its weight exceeds or falls below the set weight range, the bag rejection machine changes the position of the idler rollers to remove the unqualified package from the conveyor line.
 
8. Cylindrical Screen/Bag Breaker: The bag breaker uses a rotating cutter to break up unqualified material packages. The cylindrical screen can screen mixtures of materials and packaging bags, discharging broken packaging bags and returning powder materials to the air chute/screw conveyor.
 
9. Turning Conveyor: By swinging the arm, designated material packages on the conveyor belt can be redirected to the corresponding loading lane.
 
10. High-Platform Mobile Loader: Assists manual loading for rapid loading. The product can be customized in different lengths (6m, 8m, 10m, 12m, etc.) according to the type and length requirements of the vehicles on site. Depending on the loading method, both platform-type and box-type loading machines are available.
