Cement Rotary Packing Machine

The BHYWS new generation cement packaging machine is widely applicable to valve bag filling of ultrafine powder materials such as cement, dry mortar, desulfurized gypsum powder, and calcium carbonate powder. It can also be used for valve bag filling of other powdery and granular materials with good flow-ability.
During operation, bag placing is done manually or by a bag placer, while the packaging machine automatically completes feeding, filling, metering, and bag dropping. The control mechanism uses a cylinder as the actuator (an electric drive structure can be used in cold regions). When the cement bag is inserted into position, the proximity switch receives an activation signal, the microcomputer controls the feeding motor to start, the gate opens, and filling begins. If the bag accidentally drops during filling, the motor stops immediately, and the gate closes, thus achieving the goal of no material being dispensed without inserting a bag and stopping filling in case of accidental bag drop. A secondary gate closing function has been added, enabling rapid coarse-flow filling at the beginning and precise fine-flow filling at the end, reducing the impact of the discharge impact on metering accuracy and improving metering stability. Compared to traditional electromagnet control, the pneumatic gate opening and closing method is easier to maintain and repair, and has fewer malfunctions. The gate employs a bidirectional sealing design, minimizing dust leakage during gate movement. This packaging machine features significant improvements to the discharge mechanism, gate control mechanism, and microcomputer control system, resulting in a substantial increase in metering accuracy and stability. The new generation microcomputer control system and pneumatic-electric separation design significantly enhance the overall performance and durability of the equipment.
