Component/Working Principle

Working process of lime rotary kiln production line

1.   Loading and Preheating Zone:

    The raw materials are fed into the initial part of the rotary kiln for preheating to enhance combustion efficiency.

2.   Sintering or Calcining Zone:

     The cylinder rotates to transport the raw materials to the middle for high temperature heating.

3.   Cooling Zone:

     After the completion of the raw material calcination, it enters the cooling zone located at the rear of the kiln cylinder.

4.   Discharging Zone:

     The cooled product finally reaches the discharge end of the rotary kiln and is discharged through the discharging device.
