BH 15TPH Automatic Tile Glue Plant Successfully Put into Operation in Nigeria
01 Project Introduction
1. BH company signed a project contract with the Nigerian Construction and Chemical Group for 15TPH tile glue manufacturing plant in November 2017.
2. The production line consists of sand drying system, dust removal system, screening system, weighing system, intelligent computer control system, 8 sets of large-capacity storage bins, 2 sets of double-shaft mixers, 2 sets of opening packaging machines, 1 set of Jamboo bag packing machine and others related supporting equipment.
3. The overall engineering design, equipment supply and equipment installation and commissioning training of the project are all completed by our company. The project has successfully passed the acceptance in September 2018 and handed over to the owner for full production.
02 Background of the project
1. The client is a large construction and chemical group in Nigeria, whose main business is the production of various dry mortars. Including masonry mortar, wall plastering mortar, tile adhesive mortar, waterproof mortar, etc.
2. The customer has purchased a dry mortar plant from BH company before. The customer purchased BH semi-automatic dry mix machine when making the initial investment. The picture below (1) is the BH 5-7TPH semi-automatic dry mortar production line purchased by the customer for the first time.
3. Reliable quality and perfect service are worth repurchasing again. Therefore, when the production scale needs to be expanded, the customer chooses to cooperate with BH Company again. The customer plans to purchase a 15TPH semi-automatic dry mix plant to expand the scale, and at the same time purchase a simple dry mortar plant for mixing additives. According to the needs of customers, BH company has put forward professional and complete solutions suitable for customers according to the rich inspection of years of deep cultivation in the industry.
4. Due to the large investment this time, the customer went to BH factory for inspection before purchasing equipment. In the end, they were satisfied and signed a contract for 15TPH semi-automatic dry-mix mortar production line + 3-4TPH simple dry-mix mortar plant.

03 Project details
1. After the contract is signed, the equipment engineer of BH Company completed the equipment production drawings and equipment installation foundation drawings within one week. At the same time, BH Company purchased raw materials and accessories such as 6mm national standard steel plates, arrange production immediately, and finally ship and deliver machines as scheduled.
2. After the equipment is transported to the customer's site, BH Company arranges for the equipment installation engineer to arrive at the customer's site to guide the installation and commissioning of the equipment, and conduct systematic training for the customer's technical personnel. Systematic and professional training can ensure that the customer's technicians master the methods of equipment maintenance, use the equipment correctly, and prolong the service life of the equipment.
