Working Principle:

When the object to be wrapped is conveyed to the center of the turntable, the turntable motor is started, rotating the turntable and wrapping the object from the outside. Simultaneously, the lifting motor starts, driving the entire wrapping and strapping machine assembly to move up and down, achieving wrapping along the entire surface of the object. Online automatic winding machines are controlled by PLC programming. They automatically complete operations such as positioning of goods, number of winding layers, tension control, and film cutting according to preset programs. They can automatically sense the height of goods and determine the start and end positions of winding through photoelectric switches and other devices.
