Component/Working Principle
Working principle of Impulse Dust Collector
The pulse dust collector refers to removing the dust attached to the filter medium (bag or filter cartridge) by blowing compressed air; during operation, the dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper from the inlet duct, and the coarse dust particles directly fall into the bottom of the ash bucket. The fine dust particles enter the middle and lower tanks with the airflow turning upwards, and the dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag. The filtered gas enters the upper tank to the clean air collecting pipe-exhaust air passage, and is discharged to the atmosphere through the exhaust fan, collecting The dust is automatically dropped into the respective silos or channels through the gravity valve gap type. The cleaning process is to cut off the clean air outlet duct of the chamber, so that the bag of the chamber is in a state of no airflow (the compartment is shut off and the air is cleaned). If there is no dust or a certain degree, the mechanical cleaning work will stop working.
